At Emowills, we love food but we love elegance much more. Our management team is made up entirely of the Edeh brothers and Ejike Anih. Here’s a little about us:


Chief Executive Officer

Raised in Nigeria and educated in the US, Sam Edeh comes with extensive experience in the foodservice and hospitality industries having worked at several hotels and restaurants across North America, including Sodexho, Marriott, Bally’s and Caesars. Whether working as a chef de partie at outdoor events or waiting the tables, Sam’s passion has been to create the best experience for customers. Over the years, Sam has come to the conclusion that while many foodservice outlets can provide a tasty dish, “experience” is the most important feature that truly matters to customers. This theme underlines everything we do at Emowills. Sam’s responsibility includes driving the overall vision of the company, creating a unique brand and experience for our clients as well as managing procurement and trans-national logistics.

Sam is a graduate of Truman State University, Kirksville, MO, USA and currently lives in Rochester, Minnesota. In addition to Emowills, Sam works as a research scientist at Mayo Clinic.


Chief Operations Officer

A champion of operational efficiency, Uchenna Edeh is the Chief Operations Officer at Emowills. A global citizen who grew up in Nigeria and was educated in the United States, Uchenna also has years of experience in the North American hospitality industry having worked at several foodservice companies in Missouri and Texas. Uchenna’s portfolio of responsibilities includes creating and capturing value from operational efficiency as well as competitive advantage from technological and systems innovation.

A graduate of Truman State University, Kirksville, MO, USA and Texas A&M University, College Station, TX, USA Uchenna currently lives in Houston, Texas. In addition to Emowills, Uchenna is an engineer at Hewlett-Packard.


Executive Chef and Nigeria National Sales Director

With over 10 years of experience as a chef and having worked at several top-tier hotels in Nigeria, Michael Edeh is the executive chef at Emowills. A food connoisseur, Michael derives unbounded joy from developing delicacies from the best recipes and flavors from around the world. In addition, he also serves as the Nigeria National Sales Director where his responsibilities include managing the Nigeria sales force as well as the client experiences – pre and post events.

Michael attended the Institute of Management and Technology (Enugu, Nigeria), is married and lives with his wife and two children in Enugu.


Director, Business Development

A Nigerian-American with multi-industry work experiences in the United States, Latin America and Africa, Ejike is responsible for several facets of business development at Emowills: product development, marketing and financial planning. His experience in the hospitality industry and customer relations includes time spent at Choice Hotels, Sodexho and AT&T.

Ejike earned his bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kelley Graduate School of Business at Indiana University. He is founder of Anih & Company and also works as a marketing professional at Abbott. Ejike currently lives in San Francisco, California.
